At Royal Impressionz, we take pride in delivering beautifully handcrafted press-on nails, whether you order a custom set or one of our Ready-to-Go styles. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.



All Sales Are Final Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. This applies to both custom and Ready-to-Go sets.



Refunds & Replacements We only offer refunds or replacements if:

• Your item arrives damaged, defective, or

• You receive the wrong item

To qualify:
• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

• Provide your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Once your claim is reviewed, we’ll offer a resolution which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund (at our discretion).



Sizing Policy Custom Sets:

We highly recommend ordering a sizing kit before placing your custom order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing once a set is made. Ready-to-Go Sets: These are pre-sized and sold as-is. Please review the listed size set before purchase, as we do not accept returns due to fit.



Cancellations • Custom Orders:

May be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

• Ready-to-Go Sets: Cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
